9:01 pm	Welcome to my personal/writing journal. I just want to get a few things settled first thing in case you missed them in my profile: * This journal allows me to rant and get things off my chest that in real life I’d be forced to bottle up inside me until I just about explode. * I get to post everything here including those really boring ‘this is what I did with my day’ posts that no one probably wants to read. If you have a problem with any of the above, save yourself the effort and do not friend this journal. * All of my creative writing gets tossed here, be it original or fanfiction. Most of my fanfiction is either yaoi or shonen ai. And a lot of it will be crap. Let me say this again – A LOT OF WHAT I WRITE IS CRAP! See, I can admit it. Especially any and all attempts at poetry. Beware the poetry! * You do not have to friend this journal in order to read any fanfiction that I may write. From August 13, 2007 onward all fanfiction/creative writing posts will be viewable to the public. If you wish to read anything done earlier, feel free to visit my accounts at Fanfiction.Net, AdultFanfiction.Net or FictionPress.com. (I'm yellowhorde on all three.) * I DO NOT friend inactive or blank journals. I also DO NOT friend writing journals. 11:51 pm	My first attempt at painting with ArtRage 2.5 This took way longer than it would have if I had been using a pencil instead of a mouse. Also, I have no real experience painting so it's not very good. Still, not horrible for my first attempt at the program. I definitely want to get a tablet, though. And I think I'll have to read some tutorials on painting... and wait until the full-featured version arrives. (Comment on this)

7:51 pm	New member to my growing puppet family Right after ordering my other rodent puppets, I ordered a red dragon puppet from Folkmanis.com. It took much longer to arrive than the others, but it came today! Yay! Let me introduce... Chomps. He's from Hong Kong. His mother was Chinese and his father was from the UK. He has a rough attitude because my family doesn't like him AT ALL and I don't understand why. So he's not a cute and cuddly mouse. Who cares? Ah, well. The only problem is that my hands are too small to properly operate the mouth so it's constantly hanging open. My fingers barely reach his eyes so I can't close the mouth properly. (Both Mike at Taco John's and my youngest brother, Chris, can do this, but then again, they're guys and their hands are MUCH larger than mine. It's not fair.) Another reason his mouth doesn't close all the way is that his teeth are not quite aligned which makes it look like he needs some serious dental care. Poor Chomps! I still like you! (Comment on this)

9:05 pm	And it all started with the Woodseys My puppets arrived today!!! Oh, I love them so much! I'm a little out of practice using a glove puppet so my right hand and forearm are a tiny bit sore from maneuvering the white mouse, which I have named Chuko after the little Japanese folk tale they included with her. XD For as almost as long as I can remember I've loved puppets. For a long time I wanted to be a puppeteer. I was even in a puppet play in the sixth grade - The Witch That Saved Christmas. I was the clumsy witch and the kids loved me. Unfortunately, as I aged I realized that I generally don't like being around children and that a career that caters almost exclusively to kids wouldn't be a good idea. Naturally, my interest had to start somewhere, and it all began with Lightning Strikes Twice - A Woodsey Adventure Book. I loved that play set and the book. And Mama, Papa and little Milkweed were so cute and well loved. I wish I knew what happened to them, but that was a long, LONG time ago... (Comment on this)
